The Channel 9 Mornings co-presenter David Campbell, his wife Lisa and their toddler Leo are on the move as the family expects twins.

They have sold their Redfern apartment for $950,000 and bought at Elizabeth Bay.

The two bedroom, two bathroom Marian Street, Redfern apartment (pictured above) with one car space cost $750,000 in 2010 when sold by Belle Property.

This time it never hit the market.

It was in the same complex as his singer sister, Mahalia.

Property Observer gleans the couple have paid $2,325,000 for an Elizabeth Bay apartment.
