Century 21 has announced a partnership with Seven West Media.

Century 21, which is set to rebrand with a more modern logo, will take over from the besieged PurpleBricks in selling the homes on Channel 7's House Rules.

Jamie Durie, the celebrity gardener, joins the show as a new judge in 2019.

Their agency team will also feature on The Morning Show providing insights into the property market.

Charles Tarbey, chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia, said it was important that the agency's new branding and message was promoted.

He said he was hoping to "generate buzz" around the new branding and to deliver our offices an advantage in the market," Tarbey said.

Century 21, which operates in 78 countries, unveiled a new logo last year.

The Century 21 brand expanded to establish the Australian-owned arm in 1988.

Tarbey is also overseeing the emergence of the Better Homes and Gardens name as a real estate agency.

They are set to enter the Australian and New Zealand real estate markets after a master franchise agreement was completed between the Realogy Holdings Corporation and CT Investment Holdings Pty Ltd, the latter chaired and owned by Tarbey.
