Enduring celebrity chef Justine Schofield has traded up in the eastern suburbs to Clovelly.

Schofield, who presents Everyday Gourmet on Channel Ten for the last seven years, sold her Queens Park apartment.

Her 1920s Clovelly house (pictured above), with ocean glimpses, cost $2.6 million. It is a four bedroom semi on 200 sqm, set closer to Queens Park than the beach.

Updated since it last traded for $805,000 in 2003, the residence features a home office, a master suite with its own balcony and a private outdoor entertaining area off the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

She'll no doubt be taking advantage of the tropical outdoor setting as in a recent interview she said she adored alfresco eating.

"Nothing better than having a laugh, great food and wine with your friends while enjoying daylight savings," she said.

Belle Property Bondi Junction agent Daniel Gillespie sold the home which also comes with an impressive kitchen.

Schofield made a tidy profit on her Queens Park unit when it sold for $880,000 earlier this year.

The one bedroom designer apartment on the top floor of a Brian Meyerson Architects-designed block cost her $587,000 in 2012, showing a strong 17% percent annual price growth.

She bought the apartment a year after her first episode aired. She's now racked up over 500 episodes.

Schofield, who has been recently promoting the culinary delights of the Northern Territory, is Masterchef success story.

She competed in the first ever series back in 2009, making it to the final four.

Up until last year she had been in a long-distance relationship with Channel 7 news presenter Matt Doran.

Doran had been based in the US, hosting cable crime show Crime Watch Daily. The pair kept the relationship going for a further two years.

Season eight of Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield began earlier this month.
