Celebrity chef Bill Granger sells Bronte house

The international celebrity chef Bill Granger and his wife Natalie Elliott have sold their Bronte house, with the price undisclosed.

But Property Observer gleans close to $3.5 million was achieved.

The Californian bungalow last traded in April 2008 for $2.88 million.

The four-bedroom, two level house features an open-plan living and kitchen area that overlooks a north-facing garden. 

There were $3.3 million plus expectations for the couple and their three daughters Edie, Ines and Bunny who live now in London.

Pauline Goodyer, of Goodyer Real Estate, had the 1 November auction Yanko Avenue offering which had been a $2,500 a week rental.
