Located at 4 Victoria Avenue, the five bedroom property combines both classic and contemporary fixtures.

It is in close proximity to Golden Mile address as well as tram, train and Maling Road shopping.

It has a huge lounge, large Euro/granite kitchen/meals area that opens to the pool-view deck.

A family room, garden studio/home office, cellar and remote double garage are also featured in this property which has 350 sqm living space.

The property, built of hawthorn Brick, was offered through JellisCraig agents Richard Winneke and Chris Daly.
