It last sold in 2010 for $3.15 million and the block of land was sold in 1994 for $435,000 with the house built in 1996.

It sits on a 967 sqm of landscaped garden featuring a swimming pool and a terrace.

It also has an open-plan living and dining room with a gas pebbled fireplace while the kitchen has Gaggenau appliances.
