A Calamvale mansion has been sold to a Chinese buyer for $7 million after just one week on the market.

Located at 390-402 Benhiam Street, the five acre property is surrounded by bushlands.

Built in 2002 it was last sold in 2009 for $1.59 million, in 2007 for $1,937,150 and in 2004 for $2.5 million.

Upstairs are five bedrooms and two bathrooms while the sixth bedroom is downstairs along with the business office, powder room and three car garage.

The property was offered through Eric Li of Ray White.
