A six bedroom Calamvale, Queensland house has been sold for $7 million making it Brisbane’s most expensive recent sale.

Located at 390-402 Benhiam Street, the 20,400 sqm property has been marketed as having a big development potential.

Built in 2002 the property was last sold in 2009 for $1.59 million.

It sold in 2007 for $1,937,150.

Its peak price was $2.5 million in 2004.

Commercial offices, residential or shopping town could be possible with the site STCA.

The existing home is two storeys tall, 25 years old with a veranda that stretches across its front.

Featuring lounge room, dining area and five bathrooms, there are two kitchens.

The median price of a house in Calamvale is $647,000.

The property was offered through Ray White agents Eric Li and Martin Ma.
