Businessman Emery Severin's Woollahra terrace for rent

Emery Severin, the recently retired chief of resins company Nuplex Industries and his wife, Sharman, have listed their Woollahra terrace for rent.

The Woollahra home was bought 18 months ago for $3.85 million.

It is for $2500 a week rental.

The Severins are the buyers of the Paddington terrace of sleep medicine specialist Malcolm Ogborne and Macquarie Global Infrastucture Fund chief executive Grant Smith.

The Paddington Street terrace was sold off-market.
