Burwood takes top spot as fastest rental growth suburb in Sydney with a 17% increase: Investar

Burwood is the fastest rental growth in Sydney for units, according to Investar’s latest market report.

The investment firm states that Burwood’s rental price has increased by 17 percent to $470.

This is followed by Canterbury at 16 percent to $535 and Artarmon at 16 percent to $465.
