Sports broadcaster Mark Warren is selling his Botany investment apartment.

Warren, who is based in the Hills district, paid $449,500 for the two bedroom apartment in 2013.

He leased the unit the following year for $495 a week, before the rent jumped to $540 a week in 2015.

Set on the top floor in a boutique block spanning three levels, the apartment features an open plan living and dining area opening to a balcony with a leafy outlook.

The last sale in the late 1960s block was earlier this year when a three bedroom apartment fetched $710,000.

The apartment goes to auction November 24 through NG Farah Coogee agents Joe Recep and Stephanie Farah.

Warren joined Nine Network in 1991 calling schoolboy football and lower grade grand finals before becoming the understudy of dad Ray 'Rabbits' Warren.

Mark has broadcast some of the biggest boxing bouts in the world and hosted Australia's first national television boxing program, SKY KO.
