One of Brisbane's most renowned artists, Matt Stewart, and his award-winning hairstylist wife Anna have listed their Teneriffe apartment, artwork included.

The couple have spent 10 months completely renovating the loft apartment that cost them $432,000 in 2013.

Located in the Woolstore building, the one bedroom apartment now comes with a new kitchen, bathroom, lighting and hardwood flooring.

The mezzanine level features a master bedroom that is met by a home office, which can double as a second bedroom with a hideaway retractable bed.

The Cullen Hotel in Prahran in Melbourne was their inspiration for the renovation.

He said he couldn't take the art work with him because its a feature of the apartment.

Stewart said the batman mural is his favourite piece of artwork in the apartment that spans the entire living room wall.

One of his most recognisable pieces of art work in the Indian Headpiece that featured on The Block. A version hangs on the dining room wall.

Matt, who has done work for Megan Gale and Coca-Cola, is famous for his work with Disney, Cirque du Soleil and Tiger Beer.

His wife Anna is the owner of the White Gold Boutique.

Place New Farm agents Aaron Woolard and Anissa Lamond have a November 17 auction date.
