A Brian Mazlin designed Pearl Beach retreat has been listed for May auction.

The three bedroom, Green Point Road home that is nestled in private bushland was designed by the acclaimed architect in 1963.

It received a restoration and interior design by TFAD in 2010. It has been constructed and renovated in the classic Mid-Century style.

Its floor-to-ceiling glass blends Mazlin’s early vision and TFAD’s contemporary design.

Spanning over 126 sqm of internal space over two levels, it offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a verandah-wrapped elevated platform to enjoy the views along Pearl Beach. 

The upper level accommodates the main living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as the master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom and main bathroom. 

Beneath is the guest suite, comprising of a bedroom and bathroom opening up to front garden of native plants.

A four bedroom home at 1 Coral Crescent sold for $1.98 million in May 2017.

Another four bedroom property at 4 Diamond Road traded for $1.28 million in March 2017.
