A brand new Bondi Beach home with striking facade and cutting-edge design has been sold well before its late February auction.

The O'Brien Street home, that fetched $3.85 million, was bought last year by Tom Cull, founder and director of Bondi-based building firm TC Build.

He paid $1.6 million and went about creating the innovative home.

The home was crafted from off-form concrete and natural timber in a minimalist design.

It has three bedrooms and an attached studio office. A courtyard adjoins the swimming pool.

James Ball and Shane Scicluna at Ballard Property marketed the property.
