Bowen Big Mango district farm up for sale

A mango farm in Bowen, North Queensland, is up for sale with the deal including 13,500 high yielding trees across three properties on 155 hectares.

Jayfresh has listed Delta, a 4.026 hectare holding featuring 620 R2E2 mango trees with infrastructure, Euri Creek, a 55.75 hectare property featuring 8,000 R2E2 mango trees with sheds and a residence and Beaumont Organic Farm, a 96 hectare property featuring 5,000 Kensington Pride mango trees with additional land suitable for additional mango plantings or other horticultural pursuits. Beaumont also features a mango processing factory on site.

CBRE's Phil Schell and Chris Holgar are selling the property with Landmark Bowen's Rob Wilde and Gary Johns.
