The garish 1920s Bondi manor of chiropractor Kevin Du-Val has sold after price hopes were reduced to $2.64 million.

Birrell Street Manor, one of Bondi's most recognisable properties, hit the market with a $2.7 million guide last month through Sweetnams Real Estate Balgowlah’s selling agent Steven Forshaw.

Featured recently on Channel 9's Unreal Estate, the ground floor of the home has been used as a chiropractic clinic as well as a residence.

Set on a corner 205 sqm parcel, the freestanding terrace has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate lounge and family rooms.

There's an extra external kitchen and barbecue area outside with a spa.

Du-Val has thrown lavish parties over his ownership, which has seen the Village People and late singer songwriter Peter Allen grace the home.
