Blacktown boy Joel Edgerton buys in North Bondi

Actor Joel Edgerton has bought in North Bondi after selling his Darlinghurst apartment. The O'Donnell Street semi purchase (pictured below) cost $1.58 million through GoodyerDonnelly.

The Crown Street, Darlinghurst apartment sold through BresicWhitney for $735,000 having been bought for $485,000 in 2001.

It was a 120 square metre two bedroom apartment. The buyers had bought another apartment in the same block in late 2011.

Born in Blacktown, Edgerton spent his childhood around Parramatta and Parklea then studying drama at the University of Western Sydney.

His first home cost $200,000 in Parramatta North.
