Billionaire Ralph Sarich has listed a redundant, unrenovated Mosman Park riverfront property.

It cost $1.05 million in 1994.

A reported $11 million is tipped for 31 Saunders Street, one of Perth’s most exclusive private addresses, although Property Observer notes $14 million initial hopes on its late 2013 listing.

The 2008 square metre holding comes with a 1950s home.

It is listed through estate agent William Porteous.
