Billionaire Greg Goodman has listed one of his many Woollahra investment properties.

Goodman, who heads up the property powerhouse Goodman Group, paid $2.6 million in 2014.

It is in his private portfolio which has seen him splash over $30 million on six properties in the suburb.

The biggest was the $15 million Orama that he bought off-market from Hutchison Telecommunications deputy chairman Barry Roberts-Thomson and wife Victoria.

Ballard Property Group agents Clint Ballard and Mark Lowe have set a March 21 auction for the 1890s Victorian terrace, positioned behind an elegant wrought-iron gateway.

Blending classic with contemporary, there are three bedrooms, a custom-fitted study, a landscaped garden and a Parisian style rooftop terrace.
