The Brunswick cottage made famous for its feature in Beyoncé's music video 'No Angel' is for sale.

The 141 sqm property is due to go to auction on February 27 with a $470,000 to $510,000 price tag.

The pop queen graced the porch of 20 Beith Street dressed in a leotard, fur coat and heels in the 2013 music video.

The video was shot during her Australia leg of 'The Mrs Carter Show World Tour' and was the only scene which was shot outside of Houston.

Nelson Alexander agent Luke Sacco highlighted the homes use in the music video in the advert, suggesting the buyer would fall 'crazy in love' with the property.

He also admitted the two bedroom Edwardian house isn't flawless and said it needs to be completely renovated.

The first open for inspection for the house is scheduled to take place on Saturday afternoon and Luke is hoping the Beyoncé connection will create interest.

The 80 year old owner at the time admitted she didn't know who Beyoncé was and was given $300 to allow permission for her house to be used in the shoot.

The median price range for a house in Brunswick is $787,500, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
