Beachfront Brighton trophy home remains unsold

A Brighton beachfront reserve weekend auction offering remains for sale after being passed in at $11.2 million.

The indicative selling price had been given as $11,500,000 to $12,650,000 for the 6 Cole Street offering.

HockingStuart auctioneer Peter Kennett placed vendor bids after the one bid came at $10,500,000.

The vendor bids were $11 million and $11.2 million.

The family estate of 1,400 square metres was offered for the first time offered in 51 years.
