The trophy home Karkalla Beach House in Blairgowrie has been listed with $1.4 million hopes.

Inspired by Bauhaus architecture, the contemporary four bedroom home sits on a block traded for $350,000 in 2013.

The home underwent $600,000 plus in works.

The facade has three dimensions. A rusted steel cladding meets a blue render and Australian hardwood.

Crafted by an award winning interior designer, the home decor has been designed with Scandinavian principles.

Liz Jensen of Kay & Burton has the listing of 26 Hilltop Avenue which is one of the few to be available with a 3D tour.
