Brisbane property developer Steven Robinson has relisted his Bardon mansion, which comes with seven bedrooms.

Five of the bedrooms come with an ensuite.

There is also a teen or guest retreat with kitchenette.

The residence is set on a 1058 square metre block on Tristania Drive.

The property also includes a basement home theatre, billiard room, and a solar heated pool and parking for seven cars.

The asking price is $3.65 to $3.95 million having failed to sell last October.
