Award-winning Perth home sold for $3.1 million

An award-winning Perth home has been sold for $3.1 million.

The 1012 square metre property at 42 Circe Circle, Dalkeith was sold by TM Residential agent Tonia McNeilly. 

Renovated in 2008 by award winning builders, Mulberry Homes, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house was marketed as a family home. 

The house was a finalist for renovation of the year in 2009 and was featured in WA’s Best Homes 2009 magazine. 

The median price for a house in Dalkeith is $2.355 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
