Avoca Beach trophy home sold before reaching auction

Hamptons style five bedroom Avoca beach-house has been sold prior to auction for $3.55 million.

It was sold by Stewart Power and Nicole Jackson from Harcourts Avoca Beach late last month.

The house at 60C Cape Three Points Road comes with spacious north-facing living over two levels, entertaining decks with vistas, gourmet kitchen, master suite and other four bedrooms.

Additional highlights include timber floors, high raked ceilings, in-ground heated pool, double garage, and double off-street parking.

The house features vista comprising sweeping beach and ocean views along pristine sands from Avoca Surf Club all the way to North Avoca.

It has direct access to Ascot Avenue, about 300m walk to the beach. 

The suburb's median house price sits at $920,000 according to CoreLogic. 

It had last traded at $3.52 million last year.
