Aspendale beachfront cottage sold for $2.39 million

The three bedroom, two bathroom house is situated at 4 Wyuna Lane

The home comes with formal and casual living areas, master retreat, two further bedrooms, study, and beach timber kitchen.

Other features include double auto garage, hydronic heating, evaporative cooling and ceiling fans. 

It is located within close proximity to buses, train stations, quality schools and shops. 

Chris Kavanagh and Eva Cumming of Barry Plant Mordialloc sold the property.
