Artist Robin Greer's Bud Brannigan-designed Queensland home with coastline views has been listed for sale.

The five bedroom American style home is not the traditional Queenslander. It was however built from 100 year old recycled ironbark.

The $2 million Wellington Point offering is listed through Place Real Estate Amaya Brookman and Haydn Meyer.

It sits on a 1,338 square metre Main Road block, about 22 kilometres south-east of Brisbane.

Bud Brannigan graduated from the University of Queensland in 1985 and has led his own design studio since 1993.
