The Mornington Peninsula retreat Clahane has returned to the market, five years after being sold by the model Simone Warne-Callahan.

It has been listed at $3.5 million through Kay & Burton by fashionista Barbara Fayman.

The former wife of cricketer Shane Warne secured $1.5 million for the Arthurs Seat house having bought it in 2008 at $1,225,000.

The 4,700 square metre property comes with self-contained guest accommodation, tennis court and swimming pool. There’s a 100,000-litre water tank that services the established gardens.

There are sweeping views towards the CBD and over the Mornington Peninsula from the renovated single-level Scenic Place house, which had its Fasham-Johnson-makeover done before its last sale.

Callahan was a Dancing with the Stars contestant in 2006.
