Art Series Hotel heiress Camilla Deague sells in South Yarra

The Art Series Hotel heiress Camilla Deague has sold her 1960s South Yarra townhouse for $2.665 million.

Deague paid $2.2 million in 2012 for the home on the doorstep of the Royal Botanic Gardens at 2/173 Walsh Street.

The home has a grand entrance hall, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office and an extensive entertainer's kitchen.

The ROSANNA buyer has it available for lease at $1600 a week, with the initial ask being $2000.

The Deague family run the Asian Pacific Group which has rolled out the Art Series of Hotels.
