Arrow Capital managing partner offloads Whale Beach home

Martyn McCarthy, the managing partner of property investment firm Arrow Capital Partners, and wife Sarah have quietly offloaded their Whale Beach home at $4,285,000.

The couple bought the home for $3.385 million in 2015 when returning to Australia from London where Martyn was the owner and executive chairman of Valad Europe, the European multi-let real estate investment manager.

The company was acquired by Cromwell for €150 million ($240 million.)

The Whale Beach Road home was built in the 1980s on 455 sqm.

Just 100 metres the the sand, the home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms across its three levels.

The entry level is dedicated to living, where the open plan kitchen, living and dining space opens to a deck facing the beach.

LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson sold the home off market.
