Armadale trophy home auction tops $6 million

A weekend Armadale auction of a renovated four-bedroom home with a pool secured $6,075,000.

The sale came after it was declared on the market at $5.5 million.

Bidding on 32 Armadale Street started on a vendor bid of $4.8 million.

There where four bidders on the modernised Edwardian property sold by Marshall White.

It last sold in 1991 at $575,000.
