A Mosman Park home designed by Perth architect Ariane Prevost has been listed for sale.

The property, known as Marimekko House, was designed with connections between interior and exterior spaces.

There has been extensive use of recycled materials –including steel, timber, brick, rammed earth and concrete which gives the home a sustainable edge.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence captures the outdoor landscape with large windows.

There are high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and open-plan living with bi-fold doors.

It has been listed by Ruth Litis, who paid $2.63 million in 2014.

The property won Australian Architecture House Awards in 2012 and 2013.

It was a finalist in House Magazine’s Australian House of the Year 2012.

Marimekko House is being marketed by Marcus Sproule of Mack Hall Real Estate, Claremont.
