It was offered by Julian Hasemer and Simon Doak from 1st City Double Bay who secured around $4,675,000. 

Located at 82 Surrey Street, the architectural home features three bedrooms plus one bedroom apartment, whole-floor living/entertaining flowing to the rooftop deck, kitchen opening to an iron lace balcony, three bathrooms and triple lock-up garage. 

Other highlights include Mezzanine retreat, polished timber floors, landscaped gardens and leafy district views.
