Antique dealer Graham Geddes buys Moorabbin warehouse

The High Street, Armadale antique dealer Graham Geddes has purchased a 1676 square metre industrial site in Moorabbin for $1.1 million pre-auction.

The 123 Herald Street property includes a 1183 square metre warehouse.

The deal was brokered by Jamie Stuart and David Kalb, of Colliers International, with Steven Kalb of Just Commercial.

David Kalb advised Property Observer it was for storage not dealership.
