Anthony Albanese buys another $1.1 million investment property

The recontesting ALP politician Anthony Albanese has expanded his property portfolio after buying a $1.1 million investment in Dulwich Hill.

The three bedroom home has immediately been put up for rent at $880 a week through Mario Markisic of Raine & Horne, reflecting a 3.9 per cent yield

The newly built two storey terrace property had been on the market initially mid-last year with $1.3 million plus hopes.

The Marrickville-based Albanese and his wife, the retired state politician Carmel Tebbutt already had a decent portfolio, owning another $1.1 million investment property in Marrickville along with a Canberra apartment bolthole in Barton.
