Amelika at Byron Bay listed by Tom and Emma Lane

Amelika, the bespoke Byron Bay hinterland property designed by architect Sharon Fraser in the white-box architectural style, has been listed for sale.

Tom and Emma Lane are selling 28 Blackbean Lane at Federal seeking $5.5 million plus offers through Unique Estates agent Nicolette van WijngaardenIt is a 10 hectare property.

The Manly businessman, Tom Lane is from the Lane family, founders of the Oroton fashion empire.

He left the family business, and now runs Quicksmart Homes, a company that produces prefabricated housing and other buildings.

They will split their time between Manly and their 30 hectare Ewingsdale property.
