A replica of the United Kingdom's Widcombe Manor has been listed for sale in the Adelaide Hills suburb of Aldgate.

The 105 Milan Terrace property has been listed through Dale Gray and Nathan Casserly at Ouwens Casserly.

The four-bedroom house flanked by an avenue of 120 year oaks and seasonal creek sits on 10,000sqm.

The property is 20 minutes from the CBD.

The graceful Widcombe mansion in the picturesque Adelaide Hills town fetched $1.55 million in 2012 having been initially listed in 2008 with $2.4 million hopes.

The parcel of land cost $250,000 in 2000.

Its facade mimics the Palladian-style Widcombe Manor, reputedly Bath's finest Georgian residence.

As with the grand country house for which it is named, Widcombe comes with perfect symmetry with its Georgian sash windows.

The family who built in crica 2000 saw the Bath version in a House & Garden magazine.
