Aged-care veteran Graeme Croft has listed his waterfront apartment in Brighton.

Croft, the founder of Innovative Care, paid $4.6 million for the apartment brand new in 2010.

The house sized apartment designed by the acclaimed SJB Architects has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study and a cellar.

It offers panoramic views that sweep across the foreshore and water to the Westgate Bridge and city skyline.

The Jack Merlo designed garden terrace came with an elevated spa.

Kay & Burton agents Ian Jackson and Cassie Sellman have the listing.
