TV presenter Nicky Buckley and husband Murray Bingham have finally offloaded their Bells Beach home.

They didn't get the price they were after, having listed it exactly a year ago with the agent expecting it to sell for between $3.5 million and $3.7 million.

They took $2.95 million.

The couple have called the Surf Coast property home for over 15 years, with their three sons, having built the property after paying $190,000 for the four hectare plus block in 1996.

The Queenslander-style home has five bedrooms and three living areas. A synthetic grass tennis court sits in the private natural bushland surroundings.

The family aren't moving far, having bought a block of land in the BLVD Torquay estate.

Buckley was on Sale of the Century.
