Actor Brendon Lunney selling Turtle Island

The Sydney actor Brendon Lunney is selling his tropical island, Turtle Island.

Set off the coast of Gladstone in Queensland for an expected price of about $4 million, it was one of only nine under freehold title. 

The 23-acre island which has its own helicopter pads, 15 large water tanks, vehicle accessibility via a car barge and a private jetty.

It has a development approval for a tourist resort. 

Lunney bought the island from property developer Steven Christofidellis, his wife, Marcia just two years ago for $2.145 million.
