Anthony Bell, the accountant to Sydney's celebrities, and his wife, former Getaway presenter Kelly Landry, have relisted their Bondi Beach penthouse.

They now live in a $12.5 million Watsons Bay harbourfront.

They had their adjoining GEELONG WEST penthouses listed early last year for a combined $15 million plus in The Bondi, which was designed by award winning architects PTW replacing the former Bondi Beachside Inn.

Bell paid $7,725,000 in 2006 before adding to it in 2010 with the neighbouring apartment.

They now have set a 28 March auction date for the initially bought southern 395 square metre Campbell Parade penthouse.

McGrath's Bethwyn Richards has the promenade's tallest building offering. She is quoting $6.5 million plus.

The Bondi apartments were offered off the plan in 2006 by the developer Allen Linz of Rebel Property Group and Eduard Litver of Capitel Group.
