Burradoo House, the recently upgraded 1920's Burradoo residence in the NSW Southern Highlands, has been listed for sale by the tourism entrepreneur Rose Deo.

Deborah Cullen and Richard Sholl of Knight Frank have the listing which fetches $2,000 a night on holiday letting site Contemporary Hotels.

Nestled on one hectare of parkland gardens, Burradoo House comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a library and an English-style two storey glass conservatory.

A swimming pool and cabana sit on the grounds.

Deo's $5.38 million purchase in late 2017 sits as the highest price paid for a home in Burradoo.

Deo settled on the grand property after her sale Rosehill Farm in Kangaloon.

The 45 hectare estate sold for $5.35 million to tech billionaire and Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes.

She also sold her Mona Farm offering at Braidwood for $4.15 million in late 2017.
