Australian bodybuilding legend Paul Graham, who sculpted Arnold Schwarzenegger into one of the world’s most recognisable strong men, is selling in Paddington.

Graham and wife Carole paid $1.7 million for the Quarry Street home, on the border of Trumper Park, in 2013.

The double-fronted, 1900s Victorian terrace, spanning four levels, of course comes complete with a full gym.

Ray White Woollahra agents Clay Brodie and Don Riley are marketing the home.

The Grahams are both on the executive council of the IFBB (the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness), one of the largest sports federations in the world.
