Entrepreneur Justus Hammer and his wife, the fashion blogger and model Aley Greenblo, have bought in North Bondi just ahead of the arrival of their first child.

The Darlinghurst couple have spent $3,125,000 on a three-bedroom semi with study.

The home, which features a north facing courtyard with garden and plunge pool, was sold by Real Estate Redefined agent Elliott Wasserman.

Hammer founded the real estate start-up Sellable, an innovative company which pays vendors a guaranteed price for their home upfront, then assumes control of improvements and marketing.

It was in 2010 when he co-founded group-buying site Spreets, which sold to Yahoo 7! for $40 million a year later.

He’s also a co-founder of Mad Paws, the pet boarding business.

Greenblo, a lawyer at Amazon, appeared briefly on The Bachelor in 2014.
