Sydney Sixers captain Moises Henriques and wife Kristy are selling in Clovelly home, having a house project up the road.

The all-rounder paid $1.17 million for the townhouse in 2010.

Spanning three levels, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lower level retreat adjoining the two car garage.

The open plan living space with bamboo floorboards and high ceilings open to a private courtyard with integrated barbecue, timber seating and landscaped garden beds.

There are district views from the upper level balcony.

The Agency's Bethwyn Richards and Anji Lake are marketing the property for a November 10 auction. 

The first open yesterday saw 18 groups through with a $2 million price guidance.

Henriques proposed to Krista Thomas, a former KIIS FM newsreader, last year during a romantic holiday at Lake Wakatipu in New Zealand. 

Henriques, who previously captain New South Wales, will be pulling on the magenta for the seventh year in a row in this years T20 Big Bash.

He has played for Australia in all forms of the game.
