Kent 'Smallzy' Small finds tenant for Waterloo investment

Award-winning Nova FM radio star Kent 'Smallzy' Smalls has found a tenant for his Waterloo investment apartment.

Smallzy had previously called the Danks Street unit home since paying $1.08 million in 2015.

The 135 square metre, two bedroom, two bathroom unit in the 2014 built Casba complex features a full length entertaining terrace off the open plan living area and designer kitchen.

He recently found a tenant at around $970 a week. 

Smallzy started his career at 19 on Star 104.5 on the Central Coast before moving to Nova 106.9 in Brisbane.

He currently hosts his own national show Smallzy's Surgery on weeknights.
