Large commercial vineyard properties managed by Seven Fields have been listed for sale in South Australia.

Seven Fields is an Australian, family-owned company that grows, packs, and markets premium fresh produce.

Their offering include three vineyards in South Australia’s famous Riverland and Bordertown wine regions.

The portfolio includes the Conundrum (pictured above) and New Residence vineyards in the Riverland region and the Howcroft Estate vineyards in the Bordertown wine region.

The Riverland region is Australia’s largest producer of wine grapes, responsible for 30% of the national grape crush annually.

The Howcroft Estate Vineyards, located in the northern extremity of the Limestone Coast Zone, are one of the largest solely red wine grape vineyards in Australia.

The almost 900 hectares of South Australian vineyards were commercially developed in the late 1990s and early 2000s as managed investment schemes under the trusteeship of the Australian Rural Group, which collapsed in 2002.

Colliers International agribusiness specialists Tim Altschwager and Nick Dean are marketing the properties.
