It was sold by James Walton and Greg Ryan of First National Real Estate - Bowyer & Livermore. 

Positioned in its own private valley, Skyfall at 333 Bosworth Falls Road features unsurpassed views across the district. 

It comes with mixture of pastures, three paddocks, apple cider trees dam and seasonal creek.

The incomplete homestead comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen. 

The property is situated just 26km to Bathurst, 34km to Oberon and 190km to Sydney CBD.
