A Potts Point one bedroom apartment with Harbour bridge views was recently sold for a stellar $2.15 million.

It was sold by Luke McDonnell from Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay / Potts Point late this July.

The 80 sqm property last sold for $575,000 in 2007.

This new sale price represents an annual increase of 12.5 per cent.

It originally sold in 2002 for $615,000 before selling at a loss in 2005 for $565,000

The apartment experienced minimal rent growth from 2006 to 2017, just $600 to $900.

Additional extras include European laundry, air conditioning throughout, study nook and secure parking.

The secure building features lift, concierge service and facilities including gym, pool and steam room.

It located close to cafes, restaurants, Woolworths and all amenities of Potts Point.

The suburb's median unit price sits at $640,000, according to CoreLogic.
