The Agency has secured a top inner bayside Melbourne agent Michael Paproth from Marshall White.
Paproth helped sold $170 million worth of real estate last year to hold a number of suburban sale price records.
Some recent results included three sales over $6,500,000, eight sales over $5,000,000, 10 sales over $4,000,000, 23 sales over $3,000,000, 75 sales over $2,000,000 with a total sales volume of over $170,000,000 in 2017.
His sales included the $6.6 million sale of a Port Melbourne penthouse in 2015.
The 20 year-plus real estate veteran, spent the past six of them at Marshall White.
Paproth joins The Agency's new Victoria Avenue, Albert Park office, led by Victorian director Peter Kakos, with whom he previously worked at Marshall White and McGrath (above).
